• Brett Cole appointed General Counsel
• Committed the sixteenth rig in the fleet, an XTC 200DT, to drill a 7,000 foot vertical test in western Nevada for Sierra Geothermal Power Corp. (www.sierrageopower.com). This is the first time coiled tubing will be used in a geothermal drilling application.

Announced customizing of an existing XTC 200 series rig as a fit-for-purpose 200DT^PLUS rig for re-entry drilling in international markets. This rig's design, based on a patent recently issued to Xtreme Coil, features:

• an alternating current (“AC”) injector with a capacity of up to 200,000 lbs.,
• the ability to handle and pressure-deploy, in one piece, a bottom hole assembly up to 120 feet long,
• and a built-for-purpose jack up substructure to access the tall wellheads in the Middle East and North Africa regions.
